4. Plant & Pot Hire Services

If you are engaging us for rental or styling services:

  • A separate hire agreement may apply outlining rental duration, damage liability, collection dates, and maintenance.
  • The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site for delivery and pickup.
  • Hired items always remain the property of O2 Plantscaping.
  • Early termination or failure to provide access may incur fees.

5. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at checkout for all product purchases.
  • For hire services, a deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance is payable prior to installation or as per your agreement.
  • We accept payments via direct debit, credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout on Shopify.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated. Late payments may incur administrative or interest charges.
  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery or service until payment is received in full.
