Delivery Areas

O2 Plantscaping delivers across metropolitan Melbourne. If you’re outside this standard service area (greater than 75km form Melbourne), please contact us directly for a custom delivery quote

Deliveries 10km from Port Melbourne FREE 
Deliveries 10km - 75km from Port Melbourne $65 
Deliveries 10km-75km from Port Melbourne FREE for orders above $500

Deliveries greater than 75km from Port Melbourne will be arranged via a third-party freight provider by the client or O2 at an additional cost.

Plant Hire & Installation Services

  • Scheduling: Coordinated with your project timeline..
  • Access: Please ensure clear and safe access is available. If access is restricted or delayed, additional fees may apply.
  • On-Site Setup: we deliver, install, and position all hired plants and pots
  • Collection: we will coordinate a return collection date. A pickup fee will be applied for collection of end of rental stock.

Product Purchases (Retail Sales Only) If you’ve purchased pots, plants, or accessories outright (not for hire):

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframe: 2–8 business days, depending on location and availability.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger orders.
  • Click & Collect: Available from our Port Melbourne showroom by appointment. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
  • PO Box: we are unable to deliver products to a PO Box
  • Delivery location: we deliver our products to your front door (or just inside your door)
  • Not home at delivery: if not home we will place products in a location close to the front door (or where otherwise advised). We do not re-deliver unless pre-requested
  • Unpacking: We do not unpack deliveries or remove packaging from site
  • Palettes: If you order is large or not within Melbourne it will include a palette. The customer is responsible for the removal of this palette

Delivery Conditions (Plant and pot rentals)

  • We do not leave plants or products unattended without prior consent
  • We deliver and unpack items. We remove packaging
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any issues.
  • Existing plants/pots will not be relocated unless agreed in advance.

Delays & Weather Conditions

In extreme weather, delivery may be rescheduled to protect your plants and pots. We’ll contact you in these cases to arrange an alternative time.
