Refund policy

1. Hire Services (Plant & Pot Rentals)

  • No Returns: As our hire service involves the temporary rental of living plants and styling items, returns are not applicable.
  • Early Termination: If you wish to cancel or end your hire agreement early, please refer to the terms of your hire contract. Early cancellation fees may apply.
  • Damaged Items: Damage during the hire period may incur repair or replacement costs.
  • Warranty: As part of your hire agreement, we offer a warranty on all faulty pots

2. Retail Sales (Purchased Products)

We accept returns and provide refunds for purchased (not hired) items under the following conditions:

a. Change of Mind

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery or collection.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • Returned shipping is at your own cost.
  • Living plants are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to their perishable nature.

b. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the issue and product type.
  • For live plants, natural variation and seasonal change are expected and not considered faults unless the plant is clearly unhealthy or unsatisfactory on arrival.
  • We do not offer an ongoing warranty once pots are installed with soil and plants
  • We do not offer refund for faulty products that have been modified

3. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be arranged:

-          as a store credit valid for 12 months. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferable

or

-          via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders or special plant selections
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Live plants returned due to change of mind
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Your order or invoice number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
