Refund policy
1. Hire Services (Plant & Pot Rentals)
- No Returns: As our hire service involves the temporary rental of living plants and styling items, returns are not applicable.
- Early Termination: If you wish to cancel or end your hire agreement early, please refer to the terms of your hire contract. Early cancellation fees may apply.
- Damaged Items: Damage during the hire period may incur repair or replacement costs.
- Warranty: As part of your hire agreement, we offer a warranty on all faulty pots
2. Retail Sales (Purchased Products)
We accept returns and provide refunds for purchased (not hired) items under the following conditions:
a. Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery or collection.
- Items must be unused, in original condition
- Returned shipping is at your own cost.
- Living plants are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to their perishable nature.
b. Damaged or Faulty Products
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the issue and product type.
- For live plants, natural variation and seasonal change are expected and not considered faults unless the plant is clearly unhealthy or unsatisfactory on arrival.
- We do not offer an ongoing warranty once pots are installed with soil and plants
- We do not offer refund for faulty products that have been modified
3. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be arranged:
- as a store credit valid for 12 months. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferable
or
- via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom orders or special plant selections
- Sale or clearance items
- Live plants returned due to change of mind
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
